What an incredible energy we experienced this week in San Juan! I am still vibrating from the connection and innovation witnessed at the Puerto Rico Nonprofit Summit

As a fundraising consultant focused on empowering Latino-led organizations, I know that cultural competence is the bridge between a good strategy and a transformative one. This summit proved that when we combine our deep cultural knowledge with modern tools, our impact is limitless.

Key Takeaways from the Summit:

Fundraising Innovation: We explored how nonprofits in Puerto Rico can shift from reactive models to robust, diverse revenue-generating streams.

The Tech Evolution: From the power of AI to the necessity of CRMs, we discussed how to build a digital infrastructure that supports—rather than replaces- the human heart of our work.

Empowering Conversations: The fireside chats and educational seminars provided a “North Star” for seasoned and emerging leaders alike.
